The legal basis of the processing is constituted by the need for the processing for the purpose of executing the sales contract (art. 6, 1st c., letter b) GDPR)

The treatment and processing of data will take place within the European Union using manual and IT tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the Italian legislation on privacy.

The data will not be disclosed or transferred to third countries. These are your rights in relation to the processing of personal data, as required by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 21, 22 of the GDPR:
