Delivery costs in Italy and abroad are free for orders over €150. For any order under €150, a country-based shipping cost will be applied.
The order will be shipped within 2 working days following the purchase and will be delivered within 24/48 hours of being entrusted to the courier.
The Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
All purchases will be delivered by courier DHL Express Courier, TNT, BRT, DHL, SDA, FEDEX. Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances or for any other fact not attributable to LABORATORY, the products will be delivered by the estimated date visible at check-out. In the event that the Customer makes use of the shippers appointed by LABORATORY, the risk of loss of the Products is the exclusive responsibility of LABORATORY itself, without prejudice to the fault and/or liability of the shippers themselves towards whom we reserve the right of recourse. Instead, the risk of loss is transferred to the Customer where it is the latter who chooses a courier other than those offered by LABORATORY. The same risk of loss is borne by the Customer also in the case of sending the returned Products in the exercise of the right of withdrawal (if the Customer is a Consumer), without prejudice to his rights towards the carrier in charge of the return shipment . In the event that the Customer discovers damage to the packaging or packaging at the time of delivery by the carrier/shipper, he is required to immediately contest the fact by affixing a "reserve" on the delivery receipt.
