RETURNS AND REFUNDS

The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order.

To start the return procedure, it is required to complete the online procedure where the customer can choose whether to return the entire order or specific items that for any reason do not meet expectations.

The products must be returned in the same conditions of receipt : unused, with all the labels attached to the product, with the original packaging and any accessories.

The return shipping costs are charged to the customer except in the case in which the product received is defective.

The customer has the right to return a product received with proven defectiveness free of charge. It is advisable to pack the return carefully in the original packaging and to keep the courier's shipping receipt to monitor the shipment and be able to trace the package in case of loss.

The approval of the return is subject to control by the LABORATORY which will verify the integrity of the goods and subsequently proceed with the refund or the change of size, shipping free of charge. If the goods do not meet the above requirements, the return may be refused.

The refund will be made within 14 working days from the approval of the return on the same payment method used at the order confirmation. Refund accounting may vary depending on the method used. In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must indicate the details on which he wishes to receive the refund (name of the account holder, IBAN and bank).
